Interviewed for the Lead Advisory / Corporate Finance team. The main interview was a take-home case study (you would get access to the case about 4-5 days before your interview) where you had to perform a target screening exercise for a PE firm. So it's about coming up with a logical and well-thought out filtering criteria, and then ending up with shortlist, where you ultimately end up picking one target and pitch to the interviewers. You'd need to prep a pitch deck covering screening approach, shortlisted targets, selected target overview, investment highlights, industry highlights, competitors, valuation, risks, next steps etc.

The HR team shared a 2 hour case study the day prior, followed by interviews with 3 managers the next day to walk through my analysis and responses. The interview took about 2 hours and it was a bit intimidating as they would put you on the spot and ask additional questions based on the case study to understand your thinking process.
