El proceso incluyó una entrevista grupal, en la que participaron varios candidatos al mismo tiempo. En esta sesión se buscaba evaluar principalmente la capacidad de comunicación, el trabajo en equipo y la manera en la que cada persona se desenvuelve en dinámicas colectivas y de resolución de problemas. Además, se prestó atención a cómo cada participante defendía sus ideas y se relacionaba con los demás.

Entrevista
First, there was an HR call for this role where they checked whether I would be a good fit for the position. Next, I had a discussion with the technical manager, where we talked about my previous experience and my skill set. The next round will be a technical interview where they will discuss topics related to Python, SQL, and machine learning concepts.
