I had a first round, and then a super day of three MDs for Launch EY. Very communicative and my offer was for Business & Finance Consulting. Very conversational interview where they really wanted to know who I was as a person. And you want to describe yourself as a person with much initiative, problem solving, and drive.
Phone call interview. Asked motivational questions about the industry and EY specifically. Asked to take through CV and tell about yourself. Then asked about an interesting article or market trend

Relatively easy. Start with behaviral interview with 2 senior associate, very casual. 1-2 week after, receive a take home case you have 2 days to complete on an industry. Very straight forward
