I think the process is quite long and a little daunting. It did online tests and video interview together and they were interspersed, which made it confusing and messy. And I'm confident about my response but I'm rejected, and I did not ever provide the individual feedback.

The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process

and then 60 min group interview (2 interviewers and 3 interviewees)
