Existem várias etapas no processo para deixá-lo mais assertivo. O primeiro processo é para conhecer o canditado e suas qualidades técnicas e de perfil (importante ter conhecimento básico de contabilidade). O segundo depende de um agendamento para dinâmica em grupo para resolução de caso. A ideia é muito bacana e mostra o tamanho da empresa.
Introduced yourself and be confident. They will ask you about the job you applied for. They also will ask about your study background. The manager who is interview also very helpful.

What do you know about the position you applied for
took a whole day!! had to wait for a long time ....no proper communication beforehand regarding how long would it take ,most of them are there waiting without going for lunch
Good interview got to ask lots of questions and the interviewer was friendly and open to answering questions . Pretty standard questions would recommend reading the latest on the company
