Completed all the rounds and they say they will release offer soon, but almost completed 3 weeks still no offer , Not sure how many days still left to send offer. If not interested to give offer why taking interview

It was two rounds of interview and both the rounds were well organised and conducted. The interviewers were potentially strong technical and kind nature. They even helped me to identify my weakness and drawbacks. The level of questions were quite new and important for current scenario.
