Entrevista
Standard on-campus interview, which typically revolved around behavioral and resume based questions. Then got invited back for my in-office Superday interview, which was 2 behavioral and 1 case study interview. One manager, one senior manager, and one partner interview in total. Case study was a breeze, and mostly reading-comprehension based about how to make suggestions to this particular failing company. Between my Superday and offer was over 3 months, which seems exceptionally long but I figure that I was an exception.

Applied through campus recruiting; had a 30 min behavioral interview. It involved pretty standard first round questions. The interviewer was pretty casual and easy to talk to, but I think it would be a mistake to mirror the interviewer; even if they act like its a casual conversation, make sure to 'wow' them.

Definitely ace the pre-night. One thing to keep in mind is to not ask all your questions in pre-night. Leave some for your interview. During my interview, I ran out of questions and the interviewer kept pushing me for more questions. The interviewer just was not interested in me since he didn't ask any follow-up questions. He mainly just went through like 3-4 typical Big four interview questions and started to stare at the clock.

Nothing difficult. Manager was friendly and conversational, The first round interview is more about whether they can relate well with you. The HR never responded to my follow up mails on my progress in the recruitment process after the interview
