There are few interview processes (1st - phone call, 2nd - online interview with Managers). During the interview, they asked general questions such as background and some technical question related to the position applied. If shortlisted, the HR will contact.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
