Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en EY (Dublín, Dublín) en feb 2015
Entrevista
A basic 30 minute competency based interview at the EY offices. Quite mundane and there were no curveball questions. As the name suggests they are looking more for enthusiasm and traces of competence than any defined skillsets for internship positions. From my experience interviews for big 4 internships depend quite a bit on the luck of the draw with the interviewer and the service line you are applying to. Sometimes you will just click with the interviewer and have many interests, viewpoints and even a background in common. Similarly, some service lines such as Tax have a lot of positions while others like FAS have only a few.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Entrevista
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
