Very easy first stage, subsequent stage gets tricky if you are unprepared. Time zones used for assessment does not also help. Assessment is not particularly relevant for the role and should be refined.

Basic interview questions . Deeply studying your behavioural patterns. All non technical questions based on your projects and learning experiences . The interviewer will try to study you . They would generally make you feel like you are answering well until you get rejected .

First they will send an email for an intial interview, very chill and only through the phone with a member of the HR team. Next would be the final interview with an HR member and the department manager.
