A fully virtual process. After the phone screen interview, I was sent a video interview that allowed me to record my answers to questions the company had asked. It gave a time limit to think on my answers and a time limit to record. I had one opportunity to re-record if need be.
The first round was completely remote. First round was completely remote where you needed to answer two questions on video. Afterwards there was an assessment that looked at how you handled different situations.
Three 30 minute interviews with senior managers from different departments and locations - one of these interviews included doing a case study which was not hard. Overall, the managers were all very helpful and answered any questions I had.
