The initial interview was a recorded interview with 5 required questions. I had unlimited attempts to record my answers and then submit in order to see the next question. Once my answers were submitted, I was unable to go back to them. The recruiter reached out to me about 2 weeks later asking me additional questions, like what I liked attracted me to the role. I interviewed virtually with the hiring manager about a week later and I thought we had a great conversation. He asked me similar questions to the recorded interview, but asked me more about my previous experiences. I reached out to a with questions post interview and he replied quickly. I reached out to the recruiter 2 weeks after the interview because I had not heard anything, but she never replied. I sent her 2 more follow up emails, but again, she never replied. The outcome was disappointing because I was never given an answer.
