I think it is depends. Usually there are standard questions in different area (corp fin, valuation, financial statements, etc). But it can be very long if we speak about number of rounds of interview

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
