Submitted my application on their website. 1. Had a phone interview with the talent team. 2. Proceeded with an online assessment. Only had 2 days to complete the online assessment. But never heard back from them after completing the online assessment.

I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process. After completing an online assessment in the second week of March, I was informed a week later that the company was interested in progressing me to the next stage. I was told to expect an invitation for a physical assessment and an interview with a department member. However, that invitation never came. Despite following up, I was eventually told the role would no longer be filled due to a shift in priorities. Throughout the process, communication from the recruiter was slow, and updates often came only after I followed up myself. Promised timelines were missed without explanation. This experience left me with a very negative impression of the company. Candidates invest time and effort into these processes and deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. I hope the company reconsiders how it engages with applicants in the future and takes steps to improve transparency and communication.
