Entrevista
I have been approach by EY after a work fair. First call from the HR get to know me than physical interview at their premises. One group interview was organise with around 10people to see how candidate interact. Then two interviews with 2 auditors ( from senior to up) and finally a lunch with everyone included in the recruitment process

Dinámica grupal, jugar un juego de bloques por equipos donde cada uno tenía que llegar al otro extremo. Cada grupo en su turno elegía si movel el muñeco o colocar una barrera.

The interview process for an Auditor role at EY usually begins with an online application and resume screening. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete an aptitude test that checks logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and communication skills. After clearing this stage, candidates attend one or two interview rounds, including technical and HR interviews. The technical interview focuses on accounting principles, auditing standards, taxation basics, and problem-solving skills, while the HR round evaluates confidence, teamwork, communication, and career goals
Houve um questionário online, onde tive que responder perguntas de português, contabilidade, inglês e assuntos sobre a própria empresa EY. Fui aprovada e direcionada pada uma dinâmica em grupo que também será online.
