Entrevista
There will be phone screening by HR asking about your personal details and explaining more on the job scope. Then you will be invited to complete an online assessment mainly about personality test. If successful, you will be invited for face to face interview with the senior manager. You need to write an essay right before interview session.

Personal details, did you apply for any other Big 4 company, why tax, and some technical questions on taxation
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
Online interview standard question about previous experience related to role, asked about where they see myself in 3, 5, and 10 years time. Mostly focused on previous work experience and applicability of previous studies
Brief screening call followed by one focused interview where expectations are communicated upfront and decisions are made quickly. Ask detailed questions and use STAR approach with examples could be from school projects if no work experience
