Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en EY (Bengaluru) en ene 2009
Entrevista
It was very organized. Five rounds of interviews .Aptitude test,HR ,Technical Questions on accounting knowledge, technical and Managerial and followed by a HR round .
Preguntas de entrevista [1]
Pregunta 1
Accounting basics- golden rule of accountion .Examples of personal, real and nominal account .Depreciation & gain /loss on disposition of assets .
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
