The interviewers were very friendly. Made a lot of small talk. They seemed to have read my resume before hand and asked questions specific to my experiences. They talked a lot about the work environment. They didn't ask many behavioural questions. It was a very casual interview. The interviewers were a good reflection of the pensions team.
