I was selected for the Interview in Ernst and Young through a Employee Referral. Hence went for a discussion with the HR about the positions they offered and other details. After I got to know about the details I was called for a 1 on 1 interview about my skills.Following that was with the managerial level interview followed by HR final round.

It was smooth, first there was a GD round then there was a interview in which behavioral questions were more, no technical question as such. It was more like a discussion.
