EY came to my college for hiring from 5 major engineering streams including that of mine (Instrumentation). The interview comprised of 3 parts (later they were turned into 4). First was an online aptitude test, next was a group discussion and last was an interview.

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
