Online Screening followed by HR interview. The online screening took several weeks until contacted. The HR interview focuses on cultural fit & some behavioral questions. Once the HR interview as completed, it took very long time until heard anything back from the interviewer. I had to reach out myself several times to get some feedback. Eventually receive a standard reply on my application telling there is other candidates with more experience for the role.
