I interviewed for EXL Services in December 2015 at campus placements at IIT Kanpur. The interview process was very easy, not stressful at all. To be shortlisted for interviews, you would have to clear an aptitude test (CAT level).

There were 3 rounds. 2 technical 1HR. 1st Round - Resume Discussion 10 mins. 1 python question basic. 1 SQL question and 1 puzzle. 2nd Round was case study. The interviewer was very chill and helpful.
