I interviewed at EXL Service while serving my notice period. The HR initially agreed to the salary I had requested, and I successfully cleared two rounds of interviews. However, I was later informed that the position had been put on hold. Unfortunately, there was no proper communication from their side—I had to follow up multiple times via calls and emails to get any updates. Based on my experience, I would advise caution and recommend not relying solely on what is communicated before the interview is scheduled.
