They conducted 2 rounds, and I cleared both the rounds. After clearing the 2 round the hr told me that you need to come exl office in noida for the face to face 3rd round of interview. But, almost after 5 days, when i called back to hr again regarding the 3rd round interview, he told me that the client did not like my profile. I observed that they don't have any clarity about what actually they wanted. I don't want to attend any interview in the future with EXL
