Had one 30 min interview. Interviewer explained about EXL for most part of the interview time. It was more to explain the EXL operations in Ireland and the opportunity. Interview went on very well and received good feedback at the end of interview on the fitment too. However, he said, there is another candidate who is well progressed to next stage.
