Phone interview followed by two personal interviews. Salary was discussed and apparently I was to receive the offer. However after about two months of interviewing, HR realized that there was an issue with my visa status and quoted a company policy to deny me the offer. Highly disappointing and unprofessional end to the interviewing process.
