Online Test - Aptitude, English, Reasoning.
Interview Round 1 - Puzzles, Guesstimates, Project based questions. Friendly interviewer, not too many techinical expectations.
Round 2 - HR round, questions mostly about future aspirations. Focused on speaking skills. Give elaborate answers.

They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
