I was not hopeful after first interaction as they offered less salary as per my experience. However they had urgent need for a new process so they agreed to give me the same salary as my old co. However they have decreased the basic here. Not very happy about this but took it as I was unemployed. People are nice and friendly with good infreastructure of the company. However please negotiate your salary wisely as they tend to cut as much as possible.They will decide based on the last pay packet.Managers here are quite nice and will give you full freedom if you perform.
