Went thru about 6-7 rounds, which created a big doubt, does EXL hierarchy knows what they want, or they are just exploring and wasting time of the industry professionals. First two round with Same level on technical, then 2 VP rounds on Technical and strategic, then 1 VP2 level round, then Sr. VP, post that, HR Rupal asked for my paper's, submitted the same, then came to know, someone sitting in USA VP2 wants to have discussion. Is this a joke?. More over person sitting in USA is not aware of what is Finance controller's responsibility, he forgets there is product controller in the companies, so Finance controller can only give its input, can't stop line of production, it has to go thru product controller, and will further in strategic meet for continuation or non-continuation of business/ line of product. Transformational consultant are not hunter's they farm business. Which nikhil was expecting some how, in one of his questions. I will urge Sr. officials in EXL, have a clear vision in hiring and at Sr. level hiring, if you are going beyond two rounds of technical and strategic then future of company is in Danger and leads to pressure on each working individual. For Candidates, think before moving to any company, which asks for two many rounds. Diplomatically, they have stringent and precautionary process, but technically, they don't know what they want.
