1. It all started with an email for online assesment of C++ and Coding Test. Coding test contains 3 basic programs. It was a from Home test and webcam was mandatory. 2. After one week, HR executive called and scheduled telephonic interview with the architect of one of their projects. He asked basic C++, object oriented questions and multithreading,data structures and some common questions regarding compiler,machine independent etc. They invited me for onsite interview at Magarpatta, Pune. 3.T echnical Interview 1 (1 Hour) 4. Technical Interview 2 (30 Mins) and I was aked to leave for the day 5. On the same day, i received a call to complete psychiometric test. 6. HR Interview over call They verified my personal details and salary using digiverifier link. After this they said that they are happy to roll out the offer but they will be only doing when i give them the assurity that you will join EXFO only. I said it would be only when i know my compensation. They started diguising me for salary expectation and after one month told me that they can't offer me the salary i requested as it was behind their slab. The question is i clearly stated them that i am holding another offer and would not be ready to negotiate anyhow, how unethically they wasted my time by calling me multiple times over their office.. This was a very bad experience and one of the worst experiences ever in my life. Please don't fall in trap of EXFO, they want to exploit

Interview process is very simple in EXFO. First round is a telephonic round of technical questions for 30mins to 1 hr max. Then a manager round. Manager round basically a face to face or VC round. In Manager round high level skills, previous project details and salary negotiation basically done.
