HR cancelled first screening call 5 mins before it was to start. Rescheduled then didn't show up to next call. Third attempt happened (5 mins late). Recruiter was clearly distracted, Asked a few pointed questions about my experience (I have all the experience/background they seek!) and didn't give me a chance to ask questions. Clearly told me way too much about this contract they'd landed (client/drug/scope). Said she'd get back to me in 2 days or so on next steps and ghosted ever since. Job was re-posted. Gross way to treat candidates/people, (especially qualified ones who work in the same industry) Fine to pass on me, obviously, but no excuse for disrespect. Update: I responded to message below - and they responded by sending me a "we're passing on you" email. Ha.
