I spoke with the recruiter as my first step, which was a 30 minute conversation going over the role, my resume, and Everfi as a company. I next spoke to the hiring manager and did a mock sales pitch based on some information I had been given, and she was extremely positive and and supportive and engaged in getting to know me. The final round was a longer interview, I spoke to four people for about 30 minutes each and went further into depth about my background, interests, and the role. Overall a very positive experience and I would have felt this way no matter what the outcome of the interview was.

Phone screen with HR, behavioral interview and mock cold call with two members of sales team, three rounds of 30 minute in-person interviews, all focusing on behavioral questions. Nothing all that surprising or unexpected about any point of the process. Lots of opportunities to ask questions and learn more about the company. Very positive experience overall!
