Very casual interview that I thought went well besides the very awkward question they had about my childcare situation. I felt that was extremely unprofessional especially since I told them my youngest was 14!!! When I told them she could stay at home alone after school for a few hours they looked at me like I was crazy. But I let it go. I got an email to come in a do some kind of "experience" my job was to put outfits together with what they had on the floor and watch the other sales associates. I can put outfits together I am not a 3 year old, except for everything I put together was almost out of stock or something so that didn't well..I was there for 3 hours. Again it was a bit awkward but I thought it went well. How hard is it to sell cute clothes right? They told me I would hear from them the following week. I finally reached out several weeks latter and they said they had found "some perfect matches for their company and team" After you submit a resume and go to 2 interviews (one lasting 3 hours) you deserve a phone call or an email letting you know the position has been filled.
