Multiple calls with HR, then with other HR, then with supposedly technical person, then back to HR, then Head of recruitments. No information was shared between the different interviewers, so that the interview was restarted from scratch every time.

Communication wasn't great on EuraNova's side, new interview rounds were unannounced.
- HR itw: (1h) discuss your profile & they explain the company
- Business Manager itw: (1h) discuss your profile & they explain the company ith a focus on missions you'd like to work on.
- Quick call with BM: (15min) what kind of missions they have for you
- 1st Technical itw w/ Softw. Eng.: (1h) talk about earlier projects and various questions
- 2nd Technical itw w/ Softw. Eng. @ Digazu: (1h - on-site) peer programming problem. An elixir app with a bug that you need to resolve. No need for prior knowledge of elixir/erlang. This is a great approach to tech interviews.
