Entrevista
Three hour on site interview. 1st hour met with recruiter to talk about benefits, salary, etc. Second hour took a VERY DIFFICULT test to review a variety of written essays, etc. for grammar and clarity (at first quick glance they all seemed quite good). Third hour met with team to speak my about qualifications, experiences, and knowledge of ELLs and testing.

About one month after applying online, I was contacted by HR to set up a 30 minute video interview on MS Teams. One week after that, the hiring department asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation on a topic in my field. In addition to that presentation, I had three more interviews on that day as well as a written assessment to complete in one hour. After the day of interviews, I met with an executive director via Teams. The process was very intense and time-consuming with many targeted questions about my education, experience and work style.

I received a call from a recruiter to come in for an in-person interview about a month and a half after I applied for the position on the ETS website. Once I arrived for the in-person interview, I briefly met with the recruiter who walked me to a room where I took an assessment. I did not see the recruiter again. After the assessment, I met with two folks from the department I would be working in. They asked me a few questions about my experience, about assessments, how to handle difficult managers and criticism, etc., and that was pretty much it. Once the interview ended, I was walked out and told that it would be a few weeks before I heard anything. Because this all took place around the holidays, I figured that was reasonable. This all took place about three months ago, and I am still waiting to hear back about a decision.
