Fairly easy overall. The phone interview was with two different people and used Skype call for training. Process was made easy and seamless. When accepting position wish they were able to answer more questions but it depending on the county you’d work for.

Why would do you want to be a substitute and work with kids
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
