The interview was more like a quick information session. The training was very informal and did not prepare new employees for classroom management. They seem to hire anyone who meets the basic qualifications, but fail to adequately screen out those who may cause problems out in the field. Some of the subs they hire are not suitable candidates to be around children.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
