Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en ESO (Austin, TX) en ene 2022
Entrevista
The hiring process had several steps and took about 3 months to complete. I submitted my application then about 1-2 weeks later was contacted by the talent acquisition specialist. Completed a 30 minute phone screening/interview with Ryan. He then explained the renaming steps. I had several interviews with hiring manger, mangers/directors from other departments, team interview, then final interview with VP of Sales. The process was pretty painless, just took a little while. Ryan was great! It did seem best to text vs. email.
I had an amazing experience with ESO from start to finish. Every step of the interview process felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely people-focused. From my first conversation with Andrew, the recruiter, to meeting with the direct sales manager and panel team, everyone made me feel comfortable, valued, and excited about the opportunity. The direct sales manager immediately put me at ease, and the panel interview only reinforced what a strong people-first culture ESO has.
What stood out most was how quickly and thoughtfully everything moved once I received the offer. The offer letter came right away, along with such a warm welcome from both the recruiter and the direct sales manager who was on vacation. I also received a detailed onboarding email before my first day explaining exactly what to expect, which I really appreciated. Clear communication and strong organization mean a lot to me, and ESO delivered both.
I’m incredibly excited to join ESO, make an impact, and jump into the role with the support and resources to get started strong from day one.
