There were two stages of interviews. The first is with a principal consultant and a managing consultant, which was online. The second interview was with two of the firm partners in their London office. both interviews involved technical questions related to the job position.

The recruiter was 15 mins late for our call and didn't know which role I was interviewing for. Dropped off the call abruptly and told me she'd call back and never did. Didn't respond to my email for over a week.

basic questions - your experience a time you work with a client
Fair questions, about past experiences and why working at ERM would be relevant for my career. Also questioned about my willingness to reavel and if I have had experiences with audits before
Basic interview process similar to other consultant jobs. Overall took 2-3 weeks and their responses were quick. They seem most interested in competencies and not so much on technical experience.
