1. Phone screening (Few days after resume submission) 2. Pre-interview questionnaire (Immediately after phone screening process) 3. Interview (Approximately a week after submission of the questionnaire. Interview was conducted with a HR representative and an ERM partner. Interview lasted around 75 mins / 1 hour 15 minutes) 4. Assessment (2.5 hr test - First part was an analytical test which took around 30 mins while the next part was a written test that took around 2 hours to complete. Results were known the next day via phone call)
