Normal interview questions. Group interview and a written test. Asked about skills and behavioral questions. There was pre interview via email and phone interview before actual interview. It was straight forward and interviewer were very nice and patience.

Incredibly unprofessional interview process. My interview was scheduled for 9am, however nobody knew I was scheduled for an interview (including HR) and I was made to wait an hour. After said interview I was asked to do an exam, which I was unprepared for but was still content in doing to showcase my skills. After this all was concluded I was lectured by the CEO at how difficult the job was, how I would have to work long hours and that I wasn't up to the task. Mind you I have never met this woman in my life nor had she reviewed my candidature considering I had experience in the field and was not a recent graduate. The entire process left a bitter taste in my mouth and was overall unprofessional.

At the time of my interview they were very focused on what my experience and understanding was with SDS's.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of two phases.
1. Phone pre-screening. I was contacted by and HR admin and was asked basic questions. I assume this was to test my ability to interact with clients over the phone.
2. An interview with the CEO and a same day follow up with two senior team leads.

There were honestly no actual questions from the part of the CEO. The CEO really just talks "at" you and not to you. We had a conversation about the company, she did not care to know about my academic background or previous work experiences.
The senior team leads asked questions about teamwork, academic background and prior experience working under pressure.
