I had 3 in person interview, same executive room and yes I was on the hot seat. I was fine because I am confident in what I can do and how I can help a company be better than what they were before. That was the temporary contract interview but when I was recently interviewed to be hired directly with EQT it was 5 person interview with different time slots of 30 minutes each.
