I attended an interview at EPAM and had a very frustrating experience. I was asked to arrive at 10 AM, submitted my resume, and then waited until 3:30 PM before being called in. The actual interview lasted less than 10 minutes, during which the interviewer only asked me to rate my Python skills and write a basic OOP program. Despite preparing as per their instructions, they didn’t ask any in-depth technical questions or allow me to showcase my skills. The interviewer barely engaged and simply ended the discussion without meaningful feedback. After that, I was asked to sit and wait again until 4:30 PM, only to be told to leave. It felt like they had already made their decision before even speaking to me. Overall, it was a huge waste of time, poorly managed, and unprofessional.
