Please stay professional during the entire application process and inform the candidates accordingly. And train your interviewers to stay professional as well.
Here is my application process:
I had three interviews with Epam and never heard from them again after the last one despite asking for an update explicitly. It's very unprofessional to ghost candidates who have gone through multiple interviews. To make things even worse, the third interview was supposed to be the final one. It went pretty well, but just because I had a different opinion from the interviewer on one topic (this was a lead position, so it's perfectly fine to have different opinions on some topics as long as you justify your opinion, which I did), he insisted that I was wrong and he was right; and even though the rest of the interview went pretty well (even the interviewer said that too), he said something like this at the end of the interview: "Everything is good, but you are wrong on this topic so I am not sure if I will recommend you". I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior in an interview.
All in all, it was a very disappointing process and a waste of time, so I wouldn't recommend Epam to anyone.
