My experience with the recruitment process was great.
The process was precise and clearly explained from the very beginning. The recruiters knew exactly what they were looking for, which made everything very straightforward.
The entire process, which consisted of three phases—first with the recruiter, then a technical interview, and finally with the manager—was quick and efficient.
The job offer itself was also great.

The process included one HR and two technical interviews at EPAM. HR was professional and smooth. Technical rounds weren’t very challenging, focusing mainly on past experience rather than deep technical evaluation, with more emphasis on communication and role fit.
The team maintained clear, proactive communication at every stage, promptly addressing questions while delivering exceptionally quick processing times that exceeded expectations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and satisfying experience for all.

Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn then got call and interview was scheduled on Sunday.
Interview included questions from development, delivery manager role, project management, solution architect role and agile methodology.
After going through this interview on Sunday, I was expecting at least a feedback even negative one was fine.
But even after dropping email and contacting recruiter on LinkedIn they could not even reply back.
Worst interview experience in my entire career.
