Had 4 rounds of interview. Each round asking similar questions on technical skills which were already provided to previous interviewers. Also most interviewers had heavy Eastern European/Balkans accent and demeanour which sounded like you were a criminal being interrogated with high distrust. Final round was with a local senior manager which started casually but ended being unprofessional and condescending. Admittedly saying the company is still maturing and run like a Western movie.

Problems during interview :
- They have amateur technical interviewers
- Those people have terrible english speaking
- They are racist
- They dont know what they want during they interview process

The process is very long and after multiple rounds of interview there resource manager came into picture and put the cap on salary. They reduced the expected package by 30% on which they got agreed previously.
