Entrevista
The whole interview process was a very annoying experience.
1) There were a lot of candidates for the first round. So, they made people to wait for an hour, then asked people to take a written test with 3 programming questions which didn't even matter for the further rounds. There was no filtering or anything in this round, it's just conducted to keep people busy while the others were getting interviewed(less interviewers were available).
2) After written test, a face-to-face technical round is conducted where the interviewer focused on all the primary & secondary skills of candidate(They maintained a checklist). Throughout the interview, the guy just asked questions. While the candidate's responding to the questions, interviewer was just texting and checking messages on phone.
3) Waited till the end of day, then they said they'd schedule the next round on a weekday. The interview got rescheduled twice and after 3 days, the 3rd round of interview happened. This round was taken by a Resource Manager, who tried to match the skills he needed with candidate's skills. Then he said the candidate's expected salary is more than what would be offered for the position. Then he said that the candidate wouldn't fit the role of SSE, instead the candidate could work as an SE(demotion). Later came to know that the guy had preferences which aren't mentioned in the JD.

2) Technical round where questions about practical core java usage(overriding, overloading), jUnit, Hibernate
3) The skills candidate had versus the skills required for the role. The role demanded knowledge on Java, Spring, Hibernate, Test-cases(Junit & Automation), Build and deployment(Jenkins), Javascript(Object-oriented JS), Agile process, Documentation, PL/SQL, Cloud technologies.
5 step of it. HR, OA, Technical Interview, HR Manager Interview, Company Interview and Offer. HR team were really helpful in every step of the process. There is a puzzle of OA which was looking simple but you have to manage your timing. I cannot see the beyond because that position was closed...
