they behave as if they are building rocket science in this company. they dont even have good projects. and they do 5 rounds of technical interviews, and after joining the company, we need to go thru 5 rounds of interview

The phone call is on time. The interviewer is not bad. So the entire process didn't take much longer. The interviewer just asked some basic questions. It's hard to know what they look for.
