I have applied through online and got a email after 3 weeks.Then i was scheduled a phone interview.Basic questions regarding my resume.
They have asked me to explain my experience with the previous projects and my proficiency in database field.They are more concerned about the experience in SAP Business objects and dotnet technologies.
They have asked a basic sql question.They asked me to give an example of the challenges i have faced in any of the projects i have done.
