Over the phone and then zoom. Pretty self explanatory. They asked regular questions and then they verified what I said was true with my previous employers. They also asked me about what I would do in specific situations.

You get interview by the PSA senior MA and the doctor. They ask you the basic questions. My doctor is the pediatric ENT and his questions were more related to that. Pretty easy interview.
